Aquaponics Class Registration - ridgeway

The class will be taught by Tawnya Sawyer, Director of Education, of Colorado Aquaponics.  Tawnya has spent countless hours researching and developing aquaponics principles, system designs, alternative materials, and various community applications.

Bob Daley, of Sundance Supply (sundancesupply.com), has decades of experience in alternative technologies.  In the mid 70's Bob founded Boston Wind, a wind powered school that taught courses on wind, solar, shelter and aquaculture in greenhouses.  Since then his focus has been on supplying greenhouse covering materials.

In addition to this class Sundance is setting up a scholarship program.  Colorado Aquaponics will continue with classes in Ridgway and Sundance will continue offering free options for local residents.

Also, 5% of Sundance sales in the two county region will go towards the scholarship program, and other funding options are being investigated.

The plan is to instigate and support high efficiency food producing greenhouse options in our remote alpine climate.
