Colorado Aquaponics hosted a full day hands on workshop with nine participants at the GrowHaus this weekend. The class was fantastic and everyone was enthusiastic, and eager to learn. After a brief discussion and presentation on aquaponics, we set off to work on the system. The class learned and installed the basic plumbing components of a flood and drain system. We built and tested the automatic bell siphons. The class then filled the beds with river rock and lava rock and the worked on the raft beds.
